                      6:00 pm  -  Zumba ( 1 hour)

 

Wednesday: 12:15 pm - Pilates ( 30 minutes)  

                     5:30 pm - Pilates (1 hour)

 

Thursday:       1:00 pm - Step crave (30 minutes)

                      

Friday:              6:00 am - TRX Power/ yoga ( 45 minutes)

 

Saturday:         9:00 am - Yoga (Feb 25) taught by Kim Howell, RYT200)

                        9:00 am - Yoga (March 4) taught by Viola Perez, Yoga fit certification)

                        9:00 am -  Yoga (March 11) taught by Kim Howell, RYT200)

                        9:00 am -  Yoga (March 18) taught by Viola Perez)

                        9:00 am - Yoga (March 25) taught by Kim Howell, RYT200)
